• Description:
• The purpose of this competition is to create and operate a Call Center of Citizens (KTEs) which will act as a single point for the provision of preliminary information and guidance of citizens on the government's digital services. It is the preliminary stage of communication with the citizen, will provide rapid information and service in Greek and English through a central phone number. And not restrictively refer to the use and browsing of the Gov.cy electronic portal, access to Cy.login, the use of the digital citizen, electronic identity (EID), etc. It is estimated that the KTE will serve about 2,000-2,500 telephone calls per month. 17:00 Monday to Friday with the exception of the official holidays of the Republic.
