- The Cyprus Institute is calling for bids for the supply of two (2) vehicles for the needs of Proteas Facility and the Cyprus Institute as follows: Section 1: Supply, Guarantee and Maintenance of a SUV Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) vehicle based on detailed specifications, SUV (HEV) Based on detailed specifications as analyzed in Form 8. Bids are accepted for the entire object of the contract or for the entire object of the individual sections as mentioned above and as analyzed in Form 8. The minimum technical specifications are described in print 8. Form 12.
