The development of the area is not uniform as some sections have dense structure with full pieces of pieces, while other sections have empty plots. The area is on a hill without particularly vain activities with road traffic being the main source of noise. The project concerns the continued effort of the Department of Public Works to limit and reduce noise levels, especially in the nearby road distances.
