- Competition for the Energy Upgrade of the Kapedos Community Council building. The aim of the Competition is to convert the building into a KSMKE. Included is the External Thermal Facade of the building shell, the thermal insulation and waterproofing of the flat roof, the replacement of existing frames, installation of external movable shading, electrical work and lighting replacement, the replacement of autonomous air conditioning units, the complete installation of VRV and HRU, the installation of PV system 20KW and hydraulic works for DHW supply.
