Description:
The conclusion of an agreement to create a market for services of the social worker and its supervision, as well as administrative support that may be needed to establish the cooperation of local authorities / communities / communities and social well -being. The framework agreement will include catalogs by provinces and by category from which all contracting authorities can buy services from people involved in their province list whenever and when they consider it to need it within the period of validity of the agreement, as specified in the tender documents.
