- The project concerns the design, construction and 12 -year maintenance of two parking and transfer stations, in the Municipality of Kato Polemidia and in the Municipality of East Limassol (formerly Agios Tychona), in the province of Limassol, as part of the recovery and resilience plan. Specifically, growth will include the following: • Item in the Municipality of Kato Polemidia: Ground floor building (with roof), total area of 260sqm, at least 190 open parking spaces, 6 parking and buses and heavy vehicles, Public Road, as well as footbridge connecting the parking lot with Walter Disney Street. • Public Parking in the Municipality of East Limassol (formerly Agios Tychona community): Ground floor building (with roof), total area of 215sqm, two (2) bus stops (Diakis on the pavement), as well as at least 160 Parking spaces.
