The object of the Convention is the preparation of the nomination file for inclusion of the Valleys of the Xeros and Diarizos Rivers in the Biosphere Reserves of UNESCO. The study area includes 32 communities, as well as 4 abandoned settlements, whose administrative boundaries touch or adjacent to the rivers Xeros and Diarizos, according to the conditions and requirements defined in the Tender documents.
