- Description:
- The purchase of the services of Consultants/Researchers, who will plan the upgrading of laboratories of the Hospitality and Catering Professions, Electronics and Electronic Applications, Mechanical Engineering and Applied Arts and Aesthetics Branches. This contract concerns the provision of designer services for the preparation of integrated studies for the upgrading, maintenance and configuration of internal building spaces, with the aim of functional, ergonomic and aesthetic upgrading of the space, in accordance with the needs of the Contracting Entity. Consultants-Researchers will take responsibility for writing the necessary studies, which will form the basis for a tender announcement for the implementation of the upgrades, in order to select the contractors who will undertake the implementation of the upgrade works. In addition, the Consultants/Researchers will undertake the supervision of upgrade projects, quality control and issuance of the necessary certificates for licensing, as well as the payment issuance process
