Description:
The contract concerns the provision of designer/consultant services for the design of new classrooms and laboratories in 9 Technical Schools. It includes the design of 23 spaces (16 rooms and 7 laboratories). A complete architectural proposal for metalwork will be prepared constructions, along with electrical and mechanical studies. The designer will also prepare the tender documents and construction contract terms. After completion of the study and delivery of plans, specifications, budgets and design health and safety, a separate tender will be issued for the construction. During implementation, the designer will provide technical support and supervision until the completion of the project.
