- The Agricultural Research Institute (IGE) requests the supply and installation of ten (10) weather stations, for the needs of the "DIG.I.WATER" Program, as detailed in the tender documents. In particular, the DIG.I.WATER project seeks to develop an innovative online open software platform that will support the sustainable management of water resources in agricultural production, with an emphasis on the crops of Cyprus, Crete and the Aegean islands. The supply of these 10 meteorological stations is a necessary action for the real-time control of the climatic conditions prevailing in the areas of interest which directly affect the objectives and the achievement of the expected results of the proposed DIG.I.WATER platform.
